To add items to your request list, visit our product range pages or our literature pages. From these pages you can request that items be sent to you.

If you have added items to your list, but now find that your list is empty, there are two possible explanations:

• It has been more than 20 minutes since you last added an item to your list. To ensure optimum performance on our site, our systems delete any lists that have been inactive for over 20 minutes.
• There has been a malfunction on the site. If you believe that this is the case, please email techsupport@synthatec.com with contact details and a description of what happened.
