Synthatec now has over 28 years real time exposure in UK. Our first major project 'George House' was completed in 1973.

A full survey and inspection of the building, carried out in May 2000, confirmed that 'The coating, although showing signs of wear, is still protecting the substrate from corrosion' * (*Qualiserve Consultancy May 12th 2000)

The Synthatec coating, used here in 1973, was at that time, a 10 year guaranteed product. It's near 30 year (and on-going) performance exemplifies the protection and decorative qualities of the Synthatec system.

The following package of features and benefits is unique to the Synthatec system, and highlights the difference between Synthatec and other less durable or versatile coating systems.
